Inclusive means use of facilities, room, tea, canapés, evening meal, drinks, house wine and cooked breakfast.

A deposit is asked of £500 at the time of booking and once received the booking is confirmed.

If the booking is cancelled this will be refunded only if the booking is replaced.

For parties bringing their own wines corkage is charged at £10 per bottle

Please note that credit/debit cards of any kind are not accepted. UK Bank cheques are fine or a bank transfer can be easily arranged.

 

 

The hot water system is designed with a wood burning boiler feeding the six bathrooms and 2 shower rooms so that the whole party will always have a hot bath all at once. The hot water cylinders are solar assisted to further assist in reducing the carbon footprint of the venue.

There is a pool and a large outdoor hot tub to relax in (beers included) with massage available by arrangement.

 

 

The Promatic clay pigeon facility is especially useful during the summer where the days length allows for early evening entertainment before dinner.

Remember you also have snooker, table football, Sky TV on hand with wireless broadband and whilst mobile phone recepion is fine, with poor weather and weak signal there is free land line calling worldwide via voip.
